Abstract

|
There is very rare of acute leukemia in pregnancy with chloroma but more increasing tendency of maternal death from leukemia combined with pregnancy than previous reports.We have experienced a case of 25 year old woman with acute myelocytic leukemia in pregnancy terminating spontaneous abortion at 3 -months gestation period and accompanied chloroma in external genitalia later. She was expired on 25th. hospital day in spite of Medicinal & Gynecologicc combined therapy.
